We have an incredible career opportunity for the right, high impact individual to join our senior management team and contribute as a key architect in Click’s continuing development as a preeminent distribution company. This position would report directly to the two owners and with the right background, fit and performance could lead to an equity position in the future. This person will be responsible for top level development and management of Click Wholesale Distributing’s fine wine and specialty beer sales & marketing: brand acquisition, brand management, SKU & inventory management, sales department structure and staffing, product & sales education/training, performance & field management, key account & Chain HQ sales participation, sub-distributor relationships and a wide range of P&L, total organization, financial and operational duties.

A deep passion for fine wine, specialty beer and cuisine, coupled with an extremely high level of product knowledge is required. The right candidate will possess outstanding leadership qualities and customer/supplier relationships. This position could potentially be a General Manager role for the right candidate who also possesses significant operational and financial skills and experience.
