We're looking for a highly skilled, experienced Office
Professional who is interested in joining one of Washington's
premier beverage distributors. Thorough familiarity and
experience with a wide range of office activities typical of
wine and beer wholesale operations is required. Click Wholesale

The successful candidate will be a terrific leader and a
person able to organize and improve the processes and activities
of those around them and identify needed change for the company.
Responsibilities include:
• Management of a small office staff – great leadership
skills
• Ability to seamlessly interact with other office and
administrative peers and or superiors
• Great customer service skills – manage and assist with order
entry system
• Proven ability to interact well with sales reps,
merchandisers, warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth flow
of daily company operations
• Work with Controller on AR & AP, daily driver route
reconciliation
• Assist in HR Administration
• Order office supplies and coordinate office equipment service
and needs
• Assist in WSLCB price posting
• Assist in Chain data submission
• Coordinate POS flow from supplier to rep to customer
• Assist in creating various sales presentations
• Create a variety of sales management and supplier reports and
queries
ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN WHOLESALE
DISTRIBUTION OF FINE WINE AND/OR SPECIALTY BEER (IN WESTERN
WASHINGTON) WILL BE CONSIDERED. STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED.
SINCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR DIRECT DISTRIBUTOR EXPERIENCE, ALL
