Chain/Off Premise Key Account Manager,
Fine Wine Sales Reps,
Office Manager,
Warehouse Workers,
Merchandisers,
Driver/Sales Rep and
Delivery Drivers).
Duties include:
Accounts Receivable. Reconcile daily driver
routes/invoices. Monitor A/R Aging. Work with drivers and sales
reps to ensure that COD payments are picked up promptly. Monitor
accounts for timely payments. Run weekly open item invoice
report. Back-up cash application. Assist with bill backs.
Accounts Payable. Match invoices with PO’s and
receivers, enter in system. Reconcile vendor statements. Input
all other vendor invoices. Print vendor checks, checks with
back-up, prepare for mailing.
Sales & Office Support. Support other office staff,
sales, management and ownership. Help with Customer Service,
order entry, run various sales and supplier reports and queries,
assist with POS, phone and front desk coverage.
Qualifications
• Accurate, punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Customer service experience.
ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN WHOLESALE
DISTRIBUTION OF FINE WINE AND/OR SPECIALTY BEER (IN WESTERN
WASHINGTON) WILL BE CONSIDERED.
